Are you feeling unmotivated at work, but don't know why?
For most, it can be challenging to feel a true sense of connection and purpose at work...especially for hybrid and remote employees. However, connection and purpose are key to feeling involved and energized in the workplace.
If you've been feeling unmotivated, you're not alone. In a recent Gallup survey, only a third of US employees said they felt engaged at work.
It doesn’t have to be this way. You can work in a remote or hybrid setting and wake up feeling connected to your team and excited to start each day.
I’m excited to share that one of my best friends (and communication expert), Cynthia Kane, and I are collaborating on a new program for hybrid and remote employees to feel a greater sense of belonging at work. Our workshop on Thursday, April 11th, is going to show you how. At the end of the workshop, we'll be opening up spaces for a pilot program that goes deeper into this work.
