Brandi Mason is a passionate ADHD coach dedicated to empowering high-performing parents and their kids to live the life they want. As a mother of two dynamic girls, ages 7 and 10, Brandi understands the unique challenges and rewards of parenting with ADHD. Her mission is to provide families with the tools and support they need to foster resilience, confidence, and effective communication.
In addition to her coaching, Brandi serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, where she has guided over 40 girls in developing essential leadership and team-building skills. This hands-on experience allows her to draw on real-world examples and techniques that resonate with both parents and their daughters.
Before transitioning to full-time coaching, Brandi was a key member of the leadership team for an international social enterprise that serves over 35,000 women annually. Through this work, she honed her ability to inspire and empower others—skills she now brings to her coaching practice. In addition to a successful career in investment banking and nonprofit leadership, she is a PCC-level ICF certified Coach, as well as a trained moderator through the World President’s Organization (WPO). She holds a B.A. from George Washington University, has completed management certifications through the University of Cambridge, and has received her coach training through the MentorCoach™ program.
Residing in the beautiful mountains of Boulder, Colorado, Brandi finds joy in spending quality time with her family. Whether she’s building a treehouse with her girls or exploring China on a family study abroad program, she embraces a life filled with adventure and growth. Brandi’s passion for living expansively drives her commitment to helping others achieve their dreams, creating a supportive and transformative coaching experience for families navigating the ADHD journey.
