This 10-week training program is designed to help leaders and high performers connect with their life's meaning and purpose in order to inspire and motivate their teams. Participants will discover their Core Values and Signature Strengths in order to create meaningful professional objectives that are aligned with their organization's mission and vision so that they can create greater impact and find greater joy in the workplace.

The first half of this training consists of four 1.5 hour trainings, and the second half consists of weekly accountability activities which culminate in a 1-hour Accountability Coaching session in the final week.

Participants meet 1:1 virtually with BB Ties Lead Trainer, Brandi Mason. By the end of 10 weeks, participants will receive a digital framework that includes their Core Values, Signature Strengths, Purpose, and a clearly defined vision for work with supporting goals for Professional Development, Team Leadership, and Community Impact. The framework includes a corresponding strategic plan of activities to help them be successful in each goal.
